| Even if it's not raining! It only takes a few seconds to do so why throw the lid on the ground? To be honest I think they do it deliberately just to be bloody annoying!😡I phoned the rubbish collection helpline (0208 871 8558) last week to report this and the woman who answered said the collectors would be told and it wouldn't happen again. Well that worked well.....not!! Just called the helpline again and was told by the woman who answered told me they cannot raise a report until 4pm. So I shall call again at 4 o'clock ...🤬 |
