@ Caroline I think the point here is the position of the WPCC who are legally obliged to protect the common, enclosure, natural and so on. In this case for no obvious reason, that hasn’t happened. It hasn’t happened lots of time previously, and usually ends up with a loss of common, and lies to the Charity Commission. Lee cannot be trusted, I wouldn’t let him run a whelk stall personally. If you look on the WPCC website there is a new item about work to Beverley Brook. But is not about losing half the BB path, which doesn’t get a mention. I am reminded of the QC for Wandsworth in Nick’s High Court Action, who explained that his clients only needed a little bit of common, and the WPCC has so much. It doesn’t matter if it is a little or a lot, the WPCC have a LEGAL obligation to protect it, and when some goes missing, is it asking too much that they explain it up front. Obvs, yes. |
