| Come now, John! Minutes, discussions, transparency? This is the WPCC, after all. John, let us hope the "temporary" nature of the arrangement is not the same as the "temporary" road on Putney Common that serves the school and flats. You know, the one that is definitely not permanent because the licence is only for 100 years... Quite a feat by the WPCC though - that it makes Thames Water look like a responsive, communicative, trustworthy company. (If I recall, Thames Water didn't own up to turning the water in Beverley Brook bright green until various other organisations and people started publicising it. Thames Water only then claimed responsibility, saying that it added a dye to the water. But hey, don't worry, they said it was environmentally-friendly dye!). |
