| It's true that our current politicians are a horrendous bunch (was it ever thus?) but is an argument for staying in the EU being close to the likes of Viktor Orban, Mateusz Morowiecki, until recently Mariano Rajoy, the latest lot in Italy, Mutti, who has really lost her touch (if she ever had it), Le Roi Soleil (the shine will no doubt come off him before too long), Juncker, whoever's in government in Greece, Kurz and Co? Under majority voting this unattractive lot have a say over what affects me and I can do nothing about them. It doesn't appeal. |
