| To answer Isabel's point re local ward councillors being sadly absent from the meeting it would be useful to copy them on your answers to the proposals so they can assess and pass on their constituents' views to the planning department. After all there is an election coming up and they may find it a good time to reassure their constituents that they are in tune with local opinion. |
