One thing people need to be warned about: the information on the form from Wandsworth's website (here: http://www.londoncouncils.gov.uk/freedompass/applying/default.htm) states clearly that, in order to apply,  you will need a new photograph, and what's more it must be one with a set of quite specific 10 requirements. On the other hand, the actual application form (here: http://www.wandsworth.gov.uk/info/200078/public_transport/752/how_to_renew_your_freedom_pass) falsely states that "If renewing your pass, your current freedom pass photocard is sufficient." So don't be fooled by this sloppy piece of revising (someone at the Council must have lazily taken the details from last time and updated only the date, not the other information)….
