| Embankment pier/tube intersect with the District, Circle, Northern and Bakerloo tube lines. Embankment is one stop from Waterloo on the Northern or Bakerloo lines or there are also the Hungerford footbridges across the river. Embankment is two stops from Piccadilly Circus on the Bakerloo line for the West End. At Blackfriars (which intersects with the District and Circle lines and mainline services) there are connections with boats stopping at piers to the east including Canary Wharf. The river taxi company confirms that all the boats have enclosed areas. I understand that the new boat which will provide the 8am and 9am services, is completely enclosed. |
