Hello Sue,

I am glad you head Trump's speech.  Were you impressed?

Not long ago, Trump said Putin was/is a good guy.  Would a good guy take over Greenland?  Hmmmm

In Trump's grand plan to reshape the world order, the US National Security Strategy (NSS), it clearly states:

"
... "The world's fundamental political unit is and will remain the nation-state… We stand for the sovereign rights of nations, against the sovereignty-sapping incursions of the most intrusive transnational organizations…"

Elsewhere in the document, reflecting on the "balance of power", it states: "The outsized influence of larger, richer, and stronger nations is a timeless truth of international relations.

The Kremlin responded to the review with praise, saying much of it aligned with Moscow's own thinking.
......"

So, the Kremlin and the White House are aligned.  If that is the case, why would Russia take over Greenland? 

Trump says:  "The world's fundamental political unit is and will remain the nation-state… We stand for the sovereign rights of nations."  Sovereign rights of nations, like Ukraine and Venezuela?  And what about Greenland, no sovereign rights for them?

So, the sovereign rights of nations applies to the US and Russia only.  The rest will have to "do as I say, obey unconditionally"?
