| The Standard leaks a possible proposal for the third runway southwest of the airport, running across Stanwell Moor : http://www.standard.co.uk/news/transport/exclusive-new-heathrow-runway-plan-revealed-8647410.html This probably puts Southfields and Roehampton under the landing flight path - although if the runway is moved a bit further west, the plane heights will be a shade greater than they are over Putney Bridge on the existing approach path. |
