The application documents can be found at: http://planning.wandsworth.gov.uk/WAM/showCaseFile.do?appType=planning&appNumber=2012/1833 We will of course all be reassured by the following statement in their executive report: "In association with RCC, over a period of 4 years,SPPARC has evolved through extensive pre-application and collaboration with senior Wandsworth Officers an informed architectural solution that respects the sensitivity and nature of the site by creating a high quality response to this important location." There are a lot of documents but the design and access statements and townscape report both dated 6 June tell us a lot about the development.
