Thanks again for advice. I have rung the Customer Service dept, and in all fairness to the store, they seem perfectly willing to get the faulty item replaced. I also informed Customer Service that I wasn't happy about not getting receipt, nor any of the other paperwork that usually accompanies delivered items. He said, as far as he was aware, all stores should give receipts, but I am going to ring again today and see what the latest is on this. |
