Totally agree, was thinking that very same thought this morning as I walked down the hill. I can't think what good this new lay-out does. It fools the pedestrian into a false sense of security as though the pavement continues into the road but as you walk forward wondering where the pavement ends and the road begins you nearly get knocked down by cars turning into the road who still realise it is a road... if you see what I mean... |
