| The Council does have prescribed working hours but it would seem that the builders are working within them. May I suggest that you contact either Gareth Llewelyn-Roberts (8871 6135) or Marie Whitbread (8871 6145) who head the Environmental Services Division and ask them to send an officer to monitor the noise levels.
