As most posts here recognise, it's simply not credible to suggest that the only cause of the tailbacks rests with the new layout at Putney Bridge. The changes may well exacerbate the problem but the very idea that people do not use Putney Bridge as an alternative to Hammersmith Bridge is just silly. |
