| Central London - I should have thought that the road would never be completely clear. Probably why I hardly ever cycle up there. Useful comments from a law firm:- "For example, many drivers were commenting that pedestrians need to be more careful as pedestrians are often distracted – with many on their mobile phones. This raised the query about what’s the law around pedestrians walking out in front of you and partly causing the road traffic accident.
