I have sent TfL a further FoI to get the latest PCN numbers so it will be interesting to see how many fines were issued yesterday. One lucky driver might get two, as he drove from the URR and the shortly after drove out.
In view of TfL's lack of robust enforcement, I am going to offer to go into business with them.
I'll take the photos / videos etc every morning, and ping them to TfL. I will swear a stat dec that I did it between the hours, and that the photos are genuine etc, so TfL can rely on them as evidence.
TfL's bit is to issue the PCN's and agree to pay me 15% of the revenue.
So my share, on the numbers above is £975 / day, £4,875 / week, £253,500 a year
TfL get to bank £1,436,500 a year
