| There was a pile of horse manure stretching the length of the bus stop opposite the Spencer Arms on the Lower Richmond Road. Why on earh were they riding on the pavement and surely they could see what a nuisance they were causing and could have at least moved it to the side? The police always ride two abreast down the towpath and expect others to move over - are there any rules governing their riding and clearing up? |
