| Priorities.... priorities ...... blimey, I would not like to be the person making the decisions here. Finite reserves of salt, long delays before we can import more from abroad, how do we get loads more down from Cheshire, the only UK source of supply, a weather forecast that is not getting better. Twice in 12 months. Early in 2009 it was just about acceptable to be saying that the costs exceeded the benefits of preparing for the worst. Now that argument seems to be in the balance. |
