John Each resident within the conservation area and local amenity groups are being invited to attend the October meetings.  The appraisals were also advertised in the September edition of Brightside. It's possible that councillors have received advance notice of meeting dates and locations. Will email you direct the draft character statements for the Thamesfield conservation areas.
