| I, and another neighbour, complained to the enforcement department early this year about the largest lightwell I've ever seen in Holroyd Road, taking up the whole of the small front garden, totally against the Council's planning rules, and, as yet, nothing has been done to rectify the situation. It completely destroys the streetscape. |
