| Rosemary, Are you able to reply to these two specific expressions of concern about the council's dealing with damaging changes in conservation areas? I share the concern that the council seems to have stopped replying to letters and acknowledging their receipt. Is this in order to save money? As the Putney Society's representative on the council's Conservation Areas Advisory Committee, I would be happy to raise this on the agenda of the Committee's next meeting, if that is what those with concerns wish me to do. Are there any more examples of the council not doing what might be reasonably expected in these respects? And, Rosemary, why is it that members of the CAAC are not told about the sort of meetings you are advising us all about - despite specifically asking to be kept informed? |
