Earlier this month, Mr Polanski was referred to the Greater London Authority's (GLA) monitoring office by both the Conservative and Labour parties regarding his council tax arrangements. Now, the authority's watchdog has confirmed they have received the complaints and will assess whether or not to launch a formal investigation into if the Green leader breached standards by failing to pay the set rates. " So what you might say. But he has been a member of the London Assembly (AM) since May 2021. He was the deputy leader of the Greens from 2022 to 2025. As an AM (salary £66,390 per year) you might think he would understand Council Tax and one's obligation to pay it a little better. (Note that this is his only source of income other than that derived from his skill in hypnotic breast enhancement). And does he not castigate others for tax avoidance and other such matters regarding income and wealth ? Is this man thick or just a fraud ? He is certainly a hypocrite. What's your opinion ? |
