Ivonne. I've only skimmed some bits on this but it might be difficult for Starmer to do this. The HoL could vote to expel him from sitting and voting in the chamber but that doesn't seem to remove his peerage. It may be an Act of Parliament would be required to remove his peerage and sitting in the HoL. |
