Hello Martine, A rather belated comment I am afraid. Perhaps there were problems with the 37 route as the strike had not yet started. It is rather unpleasant travelling on a bus that is full to capacity but the rudeness of passengers is not acceptable. I have noticed that many people are on a short fuse lately and it has been increasing gradually to reach some points that it is frightening. It does not help to be in the middle of a crisis either. I am sorry you had such a disagreeable experience on that bus ride.
