OFFICIAL NOTICE WANDSWORTH BOROUGH COUNCIL Intention to dispose (by way of a 30 year lease) of Roehampton Playing Fields, Dover House Road, London SW15 Local Government Act 1972, Section 123 (2A) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth intends to dispose of the above-mentioned open space land having a total area of approximately 4.75 hectares. For clarification: in this instance “intention to dispose” refers to the Council’s intention to grant a lease of 30 years to TFC Leisure Limited for the management and maintenance of Roehampton Playing Fields and the redevelopment of the existing pavilion and sports facilities at Dover House Road, London SW15. Plans showing the location and extent of the area to be disposed of may be inspected during normal office hours at:- The Customer Centre, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU during normal office hours, and Roehampton Library, 2 Danebury Ave, London SW15 4HD during normal library opening hours, namely:- 9:00am – 7:00pm Monday and Wednesday 9:00am – 5:00pm Friday 10:00am – 2:30pm Saturday There will also be an opportunity to find out more about the proposals for the future of the Playing Fields at an open evening which will be held on Monday, 13th November 2017, between 4pm and 7pm at the pavilion, Roehampton Playing Fields, Dover House Road, SW15.
