| I have just picked up a rumour about the Council having another attempt at shedding their burden of the maintenance of the Roehampton playing fields at the top of Dover House Road. I know they have been looking for tenders to manage the grounds for the last year, but now there is talk of redeveloping them for a substantially different usage - even if still of a sporting nature. Can anyone confirm this? I have been unable to find anything on the Council site and there has been no local consultation or notices anywhere. Many thanks. |
