| Remember the days of Battersea Bridge Bus garage? Well, the site had been earmarked for development years before it happened, but they had to make serious changes to the bus routes 1st. The 19, 49 and other routes were changed (different start and termination stops) and low and behold, the garage wasn't needed as much and it was sold. The changes to buses going through and near Putney herald the end of the garage and a move to new (cheaper) site. |
