| This situation has been brought up time and again over many years. Personally I avoid PHS as it's quite unpleasant, too much traffic congestion and pavement congestion and not very nice shops. But is there an alternative for traffic? Nobody can come up with anything as it is a main arterial road carrying traffic across Putney Bridge between town and the A3 and other outlying districts. |
