A question for Hugh Ferridge - You seem to be very knowledgeable about home security systems, so could you please advise on the law and home CCTV. This question has been asked before on this Forum and I think I would not be the only person interested in clarification on this issue. My limited understanding is that you can put up CCTV as long as it is not aimed directly at your neighbour's and that you must put up a small notice saying "CCTV in Operation". Is this correct? Thanks |
