| Robert, even by your standards that's a remarkably unpleasant post, and it makes me wonder if you even know what a kangaroo court is. Merrian-Webster defines it as "a mock court in which the principles of law and justice are disregarded or perverted," and it's difficult to reconcile that with the fact that I simply posted what Kieren McCarthy had said in today's Putney News. I know no more detail than anybody else, so was unable to add more: we don't even know who made the racist remarks, other than the fact that they, and the evident lack of support from others present, were sufficient to force the resignation of Revd. Hunt. |
