Well, My Hawkes, I do try and check my facts. Not only do the Gulf States have lots of silicon, they also have lots of money, and not only can that buy in expertise it can also buy education and knowledge from the best schools and universities in the the West, as it has been doing for several decades. I would guess the last thing they want it a disruptive war, but their oil resources and cash reserves would seem to give them lots of influence? |
