Labour accused the conservatives of not budgeting for pay rises. The so-called black hole. It's a bit odd then that after killing economic growth that Labour's pay rise to teachers is not fully funded. Schools are expected to find half the money through efficiencies. With a high percentage of the costs being staff does that mean less staff? Where are these efficiencies going to come from? |
