TFL do not have joined up plans for Barnes where lifts will enable step free access between platforms but not from the Bus stop that comes under Richmond & TFL. Unfortunately it is not funds but priorities that is the issue with TFL. Toilets and step free access have been low priorities with the Mayor with 20mph signs and badly designed LTNs getting huge budgets not to mention the hugely expensive ULEZ expansion rather than the expanding the congestion charge.
