This is a tricky one, isn't it? Police say Simon has a home in Fulham, and catches the bus home at the end of every day. So why does he beg? There are obviously other issues, because, quite frankly, sitting on the pavement all day, in all weathers, is not what I would want to do, unless I had no other option open to me. So is begging wrong when you have a home and an address? I can't work out what I feel about it. I know people tried to help him previously, but this is obviously his preferred choice. |
