| The precinct is a ghastly place. The acoustics are awful, and it's used by children as a running area. This application will only make it more ghastly. There are vacant shops inside as it is. In this time when shops are closing who do the landlords think are the tenants who will rent these new retail units? The landlord has already shown disdain for we residents by shutting the Lacy Road door. Putney needs better shops, but better shops aren't going to want to be in that soulless place. Where's Mary Portas? |
