| It seems that the owners of the Exchange have now decided that they ought to consult the shoppers who use the Exchange about the plans for the High Street frontage. I gather that an exhibition might be going up in the Exchange next week. Meanwhile the consultation on the Planning website is definitely still open, even though it still says it has ended - for some technical reason they can't change the date until the plans themselves change. |
