| First I've seen of it personally. Looks more like a bland, speculative office frontage than a shopping centre. With so much glass, what most would see is the reflection of the shops opposite or shop front advertising when at the right angle. By raising the canopy to 2nd/3rd floor level, the main recessed entrance offers next to no protection to pedestrians..or their dogs. The only plus is the creation of more parking spaces for those Saturday afternoons when the present car park is full and Lacy Road is full of queuing/idling cars. |
