Remember we did not have enough PPE when our reckless Govt suddenly had to deal with the Covid pandemic having decided not to learn from their risk assessments.  It's useful for all those gloves, masks, aprons etc. It's good when you see RPET on the bottom of a cup or box because that is Recycled Polyethylene - although it could be that that polyethylene is being recycled from factory type offcuts rather than all the PET fruit tubs we actually put in our recycling boxes and bins. It is all the sorting that is done once it has been collected that takes such a lot of work and it isn't just done by machine.  It's a noisy and smelly environment.
