Please explain the difference.

Are not gay men just as male as straight men ?

Do all gay men have a positive proclivity towards children and rearing them whilst straight men do not ?

Are some gay men not just as likely to abuse children  as are straight men ?

I do not understand your reasoning.

I agree there have been some terrible instances of young child abuse perpetrated by male and female couples.

The Victoria Climbié case being one of the most egregious.

But that was a post hoc perversion of the normal and not, as is the case being discussed, a deliberate and planned distortion of it.
