| Come on, Michael. You can do better than that. John’s reference to a ‘normal male and female couple’ does not imply that he thinks gay people are not normal. In this context ‘normal’ simply means ‘usual’. Rather than make debating points, why not address the real issue here. Is gay adoption a good idea? Personally I am not in favour because I think children need a mother and a father. But I accept that many children are brought up successfully by single parents. |
