When I last looked Freddie not all the reports were in the public domain which is a shame. I guess if the DfT are so confident they could take over responsibility for the bridge or even liability. It's another one where the logic escapes me: It may collapse at any moment vs Let's leave it in place and wait a couple of years because it must be restored. But what if it collapses before restoration starts - surely time increases the odds of collapse?
