Richard the problem with these global studies is that they do not take account of local issues. In Putney for instance we rarely have a wild fires or the burning of crops. I find the ONS studies to be far more relevant. It is strange that we are going to add extra unnecessary diesel vehicles to be used on Hammersmith Bridge ferry service rather than building a new bridge. It seems that the greens and others seem to turn a blind eye to pollution after all! The latest is here: https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/emissions-of-air-pollutants/emissions-of-air-pollutants-in-the-uk-1970-to-2018-particulate-matter-pm10-and-pm25 |
