Fleur definitely came out as the strongest candidate and in the main answered the question. I thought she fielded the question about Corbyn well: you're not just voting for him as he'll run an empowered cabinet: I got the impression she's a Keir Starmer  (remain) supporter? And she was honest about the fact Labour hadn't handled the antisemitic issue well.

I'm sure Will is a bright land but possibly best in committee meetings where he has positional power? Unfortunate (for him) that he got questions about his track record at Wandsworth council but he only got heckled because he came out with platitudes (I really care if you're unhappy, blah, blash) and was appalling at avoiding answering the question. Still his "let me answer the question and if you don't like it I'll give you another answer ... " was a cracking bit of humour, brought the house down. Is he a tribute act for Boris?

Sue didn't seem to say much that wasn't about Brexit and how you should vote for her not Labour - although I can't remember why ...

Fergal seemed a bright, pragmatic guy. It was clever turning the first four questions round so he could mention the Tory failure on social, health and car, focus on the environment with just a brief nention of Brexit that had been done to death by the first three speakers. He was honest about not winning but that standing gave him a platform for green policies and ensured the other parties covered them - I liked his assessment of the other parties' green policies: Labour pretty good; LibDems, not a bad #2; and Tories pretty awful, then listed what they'd done (fracking, removing grants for renewalable energy, etc)
