Thank you John for the update. I cannot believe that the conservators have yet again wasted levy payers' money to retain solicitors to take action this time against a fellow conservator - whose only crime is: doing his job honestly, openly and with integrity. I commend you for speaking out. I wonder what the Charity Commission will make of it all. Or did they think they could get away with taking action against a conservator? The very same conservator who has assisted the Charity Commission so much with its investigation of corrupt activities? It is quite extraordinary that the WPCC cares so little about acting within the law - and the extent it will go to to cover up its lies and incompetence. I feel sure that if residents beyond this forum were made aware of its activities there would be more of an outcry. Taking action against an elected conservator will further damage its already blackened reputation. But it appears to care nothing about that. Break the law, silence the truth, silence the conservators who dare speak out - and pretend that all is well. They may well fool some people with that - but by no means all. I commend you John (and Nick) for trying your best. But you are up against a wall of liars and cheats. But take heart: you succeeded in exposing much of what is rotten about this so-called charity. Thank you for that. Perhaps in the future when the school decides it needs yet more land on Putney Common and the block of flats gets extended, people will really understand just how catastrophically the conservators have failed the residents who are forced to fund this corrupt charity. |
