Thank you for this, John. So, yet more legal advice is being sought by the conservators - with all the expense that goes with it. It is all they ever seem to do. At this rate the WPCC would be better off employing a team of in-house lawyers, rather than constantly shelling out every time they need to be reminded of their legal obligations. And yet they continue with their point that they don't have any enough money to hold an election to replace Nick! Which of course they said they took legal advice on as well (but which they refuse to publish). But can I take it John that they have at least seen sense and are no longer gagging you from doing your job - and allowing you to communicate on the forum? Which is what the governance review said should happen? Or perhaps they will waste even more levy-payers' money getting (more) advice on that matter too. I wouldn't put it past them. Thank you for keeping residents who voted for you updated. Needless to say there is nothing about any of this latest fiasco about the easement agreements on their so-called exciting new website. What a bloody shambles. |
