So true.

For the likes of Carter et al there are no issues with the governance of the UK in the hands of Starmer, Reeves, Rayner, Lammy, Cooper and co. and we are all safe, content, rich and happy.

Hence they have to give us their deep and perceptive critical  analysis of the state of US politics and politicians and now particularly its vice-President Vance.

Someone so important and relevant to the UK's future (yet someone 99 out of 100 people on the street have never heard of).

Bet they can't wait for Zohran Kwame Mamdani, mayor of New York City since January 2026 and a member of the Democratic Party and the Democratic Socialists of America, to take on Vance or whoever is the Republican candidate in the next Presidential election.
