| Mr. Carter, all the traffic yesterday was trying to take a short cut down Chelverton, because the URR was jam packed. All the traffic went right back to Browns the Newsagents, so vehicles started reversing out of Chelverton back into Charlwood to go back to the URR. But this just caused more problems because they could not get back onto the URR because it was at a stand still. Even trying to go right to go to Richmond. so if your trying to justify the changes to the High Street you have lost. |
