Hi Sue, yes it is shocking, but Angela Rayner just doesn’t have the guts to stand up to Marks & Spencer. What I get so upset and depressed about, is that it’s just another of those buildings all around our country that we take for granted, being demolished.  They aren’t listed or centuries old, but they add character to our high streets.  If they can do this to a handsome building on Oxford Street, I dread to think what the next building will be to be demolished.  Lots of pubs closing and at risk. Just terrible news for our country’s heritage.  I repeat, Shame on you, Angela Rayner!  You are a disgrace!
