| Barking is a Statutory Nuisance. Insist on the Noise Team coming around to witness, There has been a prosecution several years ago in Wandsworth and the Noise Team were around in about 10 minutes to witness. I think it was in the area called Furzedown. I got this info. Under the ENvironmental Info. Regulations and would have to look up the exact details. I know the Noise Team responded incredibly quickly and prosecuted fairly swiftly too. Strangely when I have asked them to come out and witness they have been unable to do immediately. Now I record the Noise myself. |
