Well, the managing director has had weeks now to bother to respond to my complaint and hasn't lifted a finger. I've now also had it reliably reported to me by two English ex-customers who happen to understand Italian, that when the staff, and especially the manager, are chattering in their own language, it is definitely not complimentary to those they think can't understand them. These people have absolutely NO respect for paying customers, they're an absolute disgrace and their managing director is no better. Il Divo opposite is also one of theirs apparently. There are better places to put your hard-earned money, folks. I've voted with my feet, if more people did then maybe they'd get the message that we actually pay their wages. |
